Acts 1:4 reads:

Allentown, PA-Jan.14, 2008 - Elder Onesimus G.S. Gayemen and a panel of Bassa Elders wish to announce a Bassa Unity Conference. This conference will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 9 a.m., at the Christ Assembly Lutheran Church, 644 Broadway, Newark, New Jersey.
Announcing this conference, Elder Gayemen and the Panel of Bassa Elders said they are concerned about disunity amongst the Bassa people in light of the multiple developments of Bassa organizations along county/section lines in recent times in the U.S. They said such a conference is necessary to assure that the Bassa people in America and at home in Liberia remain united.
They said all Bassa community and religious organizations' leaders/heads have been invited to attend this conference.
