With profound sadness, the Herrington, Sando and Zeogar families announce the sudden death of Mrs. Mary Herrington. This sad event occurred in Monrovia, Liberia on Friday, April 10, 2009. She was the mother-in-law of Stephen Barron Zeogar, UNIBOA’s former National Vice president and a member of UNIBOA’s Minnesota Chapter.
Mrs. Mary Herrington was born in District #5 Rivercess county, Liberia on March 05, 1947 to the union of Sarah and Kpo-whea Sando. She is survived by her daughters Ophelia V. Zeogar of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Monica Cooper, PA and Beatrice Herrington of Liberia, Brothers, Mr. Sando Smith, Mr. Alfred Sando, Joseph Sando, eight sisters in Liberia and the United States. She is also survived by her fourteen grand children, three great Grand children, nieces and nephews along with their offspring, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Mary Herrington will be laid to rest in Monrovia, Liberia, where she has just arrived on Monday April 6, 2009 from the United States where she has lived with her daughter Ophelia V. Zeogar.
