Convention 2018

Convention 2018 comes to South Jersey

The 28th National Convention of the United Bassa Organizations in the Americas (UNIBOA) will be held over the Labor Day Weekend from August 31 to September 3, 2018. This year’s convention, being held under the theme, “Committed in Serving our People will be hosted by the South Jersey Chapter.

The event kicks off with a Meet and Greet on Friday, August 31, 2018 beginning at 6pm at 17 Belmont Ln, Willingboro, NJ 08046. The Business session will begin the following morning, Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 8am to 3Pm. The location of the Business Session is 1824 Route 130 North, Burlington, NJ 08046. The social night, during which time the National Queen Contest will be held is Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 8pm.

The Convention climaxes on Sunday, September 2, 2018 with a Grand Banquet. The Honorable Jonathan Kaipay, Senator of Grand Bassa County will be the keynote speaker.
