Pennsylvania Chapter

UNIBOA-PA. As a chapter of the national body, UNIBOA-PA adheres to the goals and objectives of the national, which purports that

“As a free association of Liberian citizens, we recognize the need to be active participants in the development of our homeland and maintain our cultural ties with our people. We are deeply conscious of the need for unity in order to identify resources, promote long and short-term development programs and set forth the interests we hold in common. Therefore, UNIBOA, through advocacy, public education and networking speaks the African experience and identifies resources to rebuild the Bassa counties.
